Terms of Agreement
Upon purchasing a product from the ASI Bookstore, a binding contract exists between Al-Salam Institute and the customer. The contract is made on the terms of the following conditions which are governed by English Law. Any disputes arising from the contract are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England or Wales.
Refund Policy
There is a no refund policy on any goods purchased from the ASI Bookstore unless the goods are severely damaged/faulty. The cost of delivery is non-refundable under any circumstances, including for damaged/faulty goods.
If any goods received are damaged/faulty upon delivery, please email info@alsalam.ac.uk with photo evidence of the damaged/faulty goods. All damaged/faulty goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase in order for a full refund to be issued (excluding all delivery charges). The cost of return delivery will be payable by the customer.
Shipping
UK: Standard Shipping is estimated to take 5 – 7 working days.
International (Europe & Worldwide): Standard Shipping is estimated to take 10 – 14 working days.
We do not offer any alternative shipping rates/services at this time.
Data Protection and Privacy
We observe the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 in respect of all personal data held by the Institute at any time. We will not pass on such data to third parties save where this is necessary in connection with the performance by us of our contract with you, or as otherwise authorised by you.

Updates
Provisions contained in these terms and conditions may be revised from time to time by our amendment of the information contained in this document.
